Well, we finally know where in the world Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez are getting married — and no, it’s not Aspen. After being engaged for two years, the billionaire couple has sent out their wedding invitations and they’ll allegedly be tying the knot this summer in Venice, Italy, according to a report from Puck News. It’s unclear if the nuptials will be on land or at sea aboard their $500 million megayacht, Kuro.

Bezos popped the question in May 2023 with a 20-carat diamond ring, because that’s what you do when you’re worth more than God. To celebrate, the third-richest man in the world and his soon-to-be-wife threw not one, but two engagement parties — one at Diane von Furtstenberg’s Beverly Hills mansion and another on their yacht off of the coast of Positano. They really love Italy, don’t they? Notable attendees were Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Pattinson, Barbra Streisand, Kris Jenner, and Oprah. I wonder if they — or the couple’s new bestie, the pope — made the guestlist for the wedding.

It’ll be interesting to see Sánchez’s wedding Pinterest board come to life. If I had to take a guess, it probably includes lots of corset dresses and white lace bustiers.
