Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez are finally getting married, for real this time. The Amazon founder and his news anchor–helicopter pilot–socialite fiancée are reportedly tying the knot in a few months, after he previously shut down rumors that they were going to get hitched in Aspen last winter. Turns out that rumor was way off base, and the couple has instead opted for Italy in the summer. Bellisimo! Details have started to leak about the big day, so here’s everything we know so far, including how they picked the location, who’s on the guest list, and whether or not their beloved megayacht will be involved in the festivities.

Where are Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez getting married?

According to several reports, Bezos and Sánchez will be saying “I do” in Venice this summer (the working theory is late June). This decision was not made lightly, and it seems that picking a location was somewhat similar to when cities vie to host the Olympics. Morris Ceron, director general of the Venice council, told the London Times that he began his campaign months ago after hearing about the wedding from Domenico Dolce (as in the co-founder of Dolce & Gabbana).

“Seven months ago Domenico Dolce told me Bezos was getting married. I got to work to bring this marriage of the century to Venice — that’s how it started,” Ceron told the paper.

“We were in competition with other places but we won out,” Venice mayor Luigi Brugnaro said. Good luck next time, Cincinnati.

Okay, but where exactly are they getting married?

The jury’s still out on that one. Per the Daily Mail, a local Italian report claimed that the wedding “will take place aboard their $500 million mega yacht Koru, anchored in the Venetian Lagoon.” However, the British tabloid also spoke with a “perfectly placed friend” who denied the report, saying, “I promise you the wedding is not on the boat.”

Owing to rules meant to protect the city, Koru is considered too big for Venice’s iconic Grand Canal and would have to be anchored a bit further out. “All the money in the world cannot change those regulations,” one source told the Daily Mail. The Times reported that Bezos has already booked all of the city’s water taxis, which one unnamed official suggested had something to do with getting people to the ship. “If [Koru] moors in the lagoon, that explains why they booked every water taxi in the city, since they will need them to get guests out to the yacht,” the anonymous official said.

Of course, it’s possible they just rented the water taxis for some other wedding-related event. Ceron also told the Times that the couple had already picked three different venues for parties, so it seems like it’ll be a packed weekend no matter what.

Who is invited to the wedding?

Okay, this we have a much better idea about. The Times reported that 250 people are invited to the wedding. According to TMZ, several usual suspects from the Bezos-Sánchez orbit are expected to attend, including Eva Longoria, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Oprah and Gayle King, Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are reportedly invited as well as his brother, Joshua Kushner, and Joshua’s wife, Karlie Kloss. No word on whether or not Donald Trump has been invited, but after Bezos and Sánchez got prime seats at the inauguration, it seems likely. Power couple Barry Diller and Diane von Furstenberg also scored an invite. In case you’ve forgotten that Sánchez is friends with everyone, Jewel — most recently seen performing at Robert Kennedy’s MAHA inauguration ball — is also invited to the wedding. (It seems Jewel’s friendship with Sánchez predates Inauguration Weekend — here is a photo of them laughing together at Bezos’s birthday party last year.)

“Page Six” reported a few more A-list names, including Bill Gates, Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire, and Leonardo DiCaprio. Things might get awkward for Leo, considering that his ex Camila Morrone is also reportedly invited. Luckily, he’ll have Maguire there to run interference.

Who will design Sánchez’s dress?

According to the Daily Mail, Sánchez figured out her dress — which the tabloid reports is custom Oscar de la Renta — with the help of none other than Anna Wintour. This is, of course, a multiday affair, and Sánchez will presumably be in several custom outfits over the course of the weekend. She and Bezos were recently spotted at the Dolce & Gabbana store in Milan, where “Page Six” reported they had a fitting. Knowing them, this really could have been for anything (let’s not forget the Met Gala is coming up), but custom D&G looks for their wedding wouldn’t be surprising either.

How much is this whole thing going to cost?

The Daily Mail reported that two of the best hotels in Venice, Gritti Palace and Aman Venice, are already completely booked for the weekend. Rooms at those hotels start at $3,200 and go up to $32,000, so obviously no expense is being spared. Bezos previously balked at a rumor that he and Sánchez were having a $600 million Aspen wedding, so it’ll probably come in somewhere under that number.

I have a Venice vacation planned for late June. Should I cancel it?

Maybe not. Despite reports that all the water taxis have been booked and the city’s nicest hotels won’t be available, Mayor Brugnaro says that the city will still be lovely for tourists during the wedding. “We are mutually working and supporting the organizers, to ensure that the event will be absolutely respectful of the fragility and uniqueness of the city,” the mayor said in a statement. “The many speculations and fake news circulating about Jeff Bezos’ wedding are completely unfounded.”

Brugnaro added that it is the couple’s “utmost priority to make sure the city functions as normal, for all, with no abnormal disruption to anyone.” So, hey, if you’ve already got plans to visit, maybe it’ll all be fine and you’ll just run into Jewel at the Basilica di San Marco.
