Kaley Cuoco and Sam Claflin will go on a chaotic trip to France. Both Cuoco and Claflin are set to star in the new mystery show titled Vanished.

Vanished will see Cuoco play Alice, whose romantic getaway to Paris with her boyfriend Tom (Claflin) takes a dark turn when Tom suddenly disappears. She will set out on a quest to find her boyfriend. However, more danger awaits as she uncovers more secrets concerning Tom’s disappearance.

In addition to Cuoco and Claflin, other stars attached to the upcoming series are award-winning French actress Karin Viard (Maria into Life, Perfect Nanny) and German actor Matthias Schweighöfer (Army of the Dead, Heart of Stone).

“When a romantic getaway to Paris takes a dark turn with the sudden disappearance of her boyfriend Tom (Claflin) aboard a train to the south of France, Alice (Cuoco) is plunged into a web of intrigue and danger, uncovering shocking secrets about the man she thought she knew,” the logline reads.

Vanished was created by David Hilton and Preston Thompson. Thompson also wrote the forthcoming series. Executive producers include Thompson, Slow Burn Entertainment’s James Clayton, Rockwood Pictures’ David Kosse, Fragile Films’ Barnaby Thompson, AGC’s Stuart Ford, Lourdes Diaz, and Miguel A. Palos Jr.

Known for her role in The Big Bang Theory, Cuoco can currently be seen in the second season of Peacock’s Based on a True Story. Her other credits include The Flight Attendant, Harley Quinn, Charmed, The Wedding Ringer, Role Play, The Man from Toronto, Authors Anonymous, The Last Ride, and more.

Claflin, best known for his portrayal of Finnick Odair in The Hunger Games franchise (Catching Fire, Mockingjay – Part 1, and Mockingjay – Part 2), boasts an impressive acting portfolio. This includes Snow White and the Huntsman, Me Before You, Their Finest, Enola Holmes, Peaky Blinders, and Love, Rosie, among others.
