Back in January Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg said he couldn’t imagine why anyone would ever buy glasses that weren’t AI-enabled. The tech giant is about to test his theory on Australian consumers with smart glasses that can record your day and act as a personal translator.

The Facebook and Instagram owner launched artificial intelligence-powered glasses as a partnership with Ray-Ban in 2023 but is finally rolling out the wearables in Australia via Harvey Norman and JB Hi-Fi stores this week.
