Maggie, a costuming area manager, launched a sustainability toolkit for Costume Design and manufacturing. Her initiative empowers teams to design zero-waste costumes and source certified sustainable materials.

Alongside this, Maggie also launched several recycling programs for shoes, garments, and scrap fabrics. She partnered with other lines of business such as merchandise and corporate social responsibility to implement sustainability programs that have directly contributed to Disney’s environmental goals.
