A former Meta Platforms Inc. employee and four jilted job seekers can continue to pursue allegations of classwide discrimination against US citizens in favor of H-1B visa holders, a San Francisco federal judge ruled.

The decision comes after President Donald Trump signed a proclamation overhauling the H-1B visa program by requiring a $100,000 fee for applications.
