Meta has ‘block’ lists to prevent some fired employees from being rehired by the company, despite the person having good performance records, Business Insider reported. The lists include ‘non-regrettable attrition’ and ‘do not hire’ lists. “We [lists]…the reason for the employee’s departure…and that…determines whether an employee is eligible for rehire or not,” a Meta spokesperson said.
