Minnesota’s omnibus environment bill headed to Gov. Walz

Minnesota’s 2025 legislative session has officially ended after a one-day special session on Monday, June 9, when the House and Senate focused on passing bills for Gov. Tim Walz’s signature.
Among the first omnibus packages to pass the Senate, then a few hours later in the House of Representatives, was the environment and natural resources bill – SF 3. The Senate voted 38-29 in favor and House voted 105-26 in favor of it.
