JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A marijuana product recall that originated in August 2023 has been updated by the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation.

The update, issued Thursday, is for marijuana products sold to dispensary and manufacturing facilities from Delta Extraction.

The original recall was issued on Aug. 14, 2023. In February this year, the Administrative Hearing Commission issued an order finding grounds exist for the recall because Delta Extraction used unregulated cannabis in its distillate.

They also directed the department to remove Delta Extraction’s Midwest Magic products because those were sourced from regulated cannabis.

During a review, DCR discovered additional marijuana product containing THC oil came from the Delta Extraction unregulated cannabis.
