My Floor Lamp Is a Dead Ringer for Designer Ones—And It’s Only $67 During Amazon’s Big Spring Sale

Though we love to scroll through designer decor websites, sometimes they’re a better fit for our mood boards than for our budget. But the eagle-eyed shopper can spot decor that looks way more expensive than its actual price tag. As a shopping editor, I pride myself on this skill. And the O’Bright LED Pharmacy Floor Lamp fits the bill, giving me the luxury look I craved for a fraction of the price. And with the Amazon Big Spring Sale underway, it’s even cheaper right now.
Amazon is slashing prices across its site from now through March 31, so even my beloved lamp is on sale. It’s 25 percent off its usual price, so at $67, you can get it for even cheaper than I did.
This lamp is the best thing I’ve bought for my living room since my couch. Don’t let the “pharmacy” name deter you—this antique brass lamp is more sharp and sophisticated than it is cold and clinical. It comes with 12 soft white LED lights, which fit in with my rule of thumb: there shall be no color temperature in my apartment above 3000K. It’s perfect for reading without making the space feel like a hospital. It also comes with a built-in dimmer and a discreet power button on the top of the lamp, so there’s no need to reach for a hidden floor or cord switch.
It’s a super versatile floor lamp. It has a 360-degree swing arm to rotate in any direction, and it adjusts its height from 47 to 55 inches. The head of the lamp will also swivel 270 degrees, so you can aim your light down at your book or up towards the ceiling for a more ambient effect.
The lamp has such a small footprint that it’s perfect for any tiny corners in your home. I tucked mine behind my air purifier, vacuum charging station, and IKEA side table. The brass accents make it feel like an elegant addition, not an afterthought.
Even with all of those features, the main reason I bought it was the price. I’ve seen designer task lamps with a similar shape and silhouette cost $600 to $900, and this one carries a list price of just $90. It’s even a bit cheaper if you opt for black or chrome. The dream is to get that luxury look for a tenth of the price. For an affordable, designer-inspired lamp of your own, shop even more of my picks below.
