A cannabis legalization bill passed by the New Hampshire House of Representatives is being sidelined by the state Senate.Senators on Thursday voted to table House Bill 198 on a vote of 12-10.It was the second marijuana legalization bill the Senate has chosen to set aside without an up or down vote. Republican leaders said the position of Gov. Kelly Ayotte is clear.”The governor will veto any cannabis bill that comes to her desk,” said Majority Leader Regina Birdsell.The vote likely means that cannabis legalization is done for the rest of this year at the State House.
