North Las Vegas police seek driver of gray Tesla, may have witnessed crash (KSNV File)
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — North Las Vegas police are asking for the public’s help to identify a potential witness after a fatal traffic collision on Simmons Street.
The crash happened Saturday at about 4:17 p.m. on Simmons Street just north of Carey Avenue, according to the North Las Vegas Police Department.
Detectives with the department’s Major Collision Investigation Unit are trying to identify and speak with the driver of a gray Tesla believed to have been in the area at the time of the collision.
Investigators believe the driver may have witnessed events leading up to or immediately after the crash and could have information that would help the investigation.
Police said the driver is not in any trouble and is being sought only as a potential witness.
Anyone with information, including the driver of the gray Tesla, is asked to contact the North Las Vegas Police Department at 702-633-9111.
