OCM expands recall on IndoGro cannabis products

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A recall in New York’s cannabis industry has expanded.

According to the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), a recall of nine IndoGro LLC products announced last month now includes an additional 27 products.

Officials say the affected lots were made using source material from an out-of-state entity that does not have a license issued by OCM, which is a violation of cannabis law. Y
