OCM issues cannabis recall on IndoGrow LLC products

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – The State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has issued a recall on IndoGrow LLC products.

OCM officials say the affected products failed to meet safety standards regarding permitted pesticides and are being sold through licensed adult-use dispensaries across the state. The pre-roll and flower products had originally been quarantined after testing concerns at a “former permitted laboratory.” Nine product lots failed after an authorized re-test.

While there have been no reports of adverse health effects, consumers are advised to discontinue use and return it to the retail dispensary where it was purchased for a refund. According to OCM, you can return a recalled product even if it’s been opened.  The IndoGrow products were additionally sold under the names Indi, Grow by Indi, Our Creation, and Grow with Us. The investigation is ongoing.
