Berlin (Germany) – Windpunx GmbH & Co. KG and Solarpunx GmbH & Co. KG have realigned their executive management to meet the increasing demands of the dynamic renewable energy market. With the new leadership structure, both companies aim to strengthen their operational frameworks and accelerate further growth.

Since October 1, 2025, Heinz-Georg Strickmann has held sole management responsibility for both companies. The experienced manager brings extensive expertise in sales and business development and is tasked with driving the strategic development of Windpunx and Solarpunx as well as expanding new services in the renewable energy sector.

Sebastian Brosch has taken on the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Windpunx. In this role, he focuses on operational technical management, particularly supporting the expansion of technical services and quality assurance.

At Solarpunx, Timo Basowski strengthens the management team as Head of Operations. He is responsible for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and focuses on building scalable structures to support the company’s further growth.

Windpunx and Solarpunx specialize in the technical and commercial management of wind and solar parks. With their integrated 360-degree approach, both companies contribute to increasing the efficiency of renewable energy plants and to the successful implementation of the energy transition.
