Pattern Energy to acquire clean power producer Cordelio

Pattern Energy Group LP, a US developer of renewable energy and transmission infrastructure, has agreed to acquire Cordelio Power and its 1.55-GW wind, solar and energy storage portfolio in the US and Canada.
