Greek police in the northern town of Pella arrested two men and seized three kilos of cannabis and smaller quantities of cocaine and heroin in two separate anti-drug operations on Saturday.

In the first case, during a search of a suspect’s house, officers found dried cannabis buds with flowers, weighing a total of 2.8 kilos, and 15 jars and containers with cannabis, weighing a total of 1.1 kilos. In the second incident, a local man was found to be hiding a package of heroin, weighing 85.8 grams, and three packages of cocaine, weighing a total of 12.8 grams, in his home.

Both men will be brought before the prosecutor of Giannitsa.
