March 27, 2026
“Hearst Magazines and Yahoo may earn commission or revenue on some items through these links.”
As a shopping editor and fellow parent, I know that baby costs add up. I’m always looking for affordable ways to help parents stock up on everyday needs like lotion and onesies, fun toys to add your baby’s collection, or big-ticket items like strollers and car seats. But luckily right now, all of these and more are up to 50% off at Amazon during their Big Spring Sale event (happening March 25-31).
Since Amazon’s baby section is a treasure trove of options to choose from, I dug through hundreds of pages to curate this list of top deals. I even spotted several Good Housekeeping Parenting Award winners and expert-tested items marked down now.
Our top picks

Stroller deal: 25% off the top-tested Ergobaby Metro 3 Baby Stroller

Heads up: Popular items tend to sell out quickly, and these deals will end on Tuesday, March 31 or while supplies last—so take advantage of them while you can.
1) Fisher-Price Soothe ‘N Snuggle Otter
This baby otter is so adorable, and it may help your baby get some shut-eye, too. You can choose for it to play gentle music, breathing sounds, or a heartbeat, and its belly moves up and down to make it look like it’s breathing. All of the electronics are removable, so you can throw this in the washing machine as needed. Birth+

2) Happiest Baby Sleepea 5-Second Swaddle
If your baby likes to be swaddled, pick up this parent-tested Sleepea. It’s made of 100% organic cotton, mesh panels that allow airflow while your sleeping baby is wrapped up, and a design that keeps babies’ arms free. Parents will appreciate the two-way zipper, making diaper changes easier.
3) Momcozy Portable Milk Warmer
This thermos makes it easy to warm up a bottle within just minutes, even when you’re away from your home. Momcozy, a GH tested and vetted brand, says that the battery takes about an hour and a half to fully charge, and then it can last all day.
4) Ergobaby Omni Deluxe Baby Carrier
In our tests, parents unanimously agreed that this Ergobaby is comfortable to wear, and they felt that their babies felt secure in the carrier. Per the brand, the Ergobaby is suitable for newborns, babies, and toddlers. You can hold your baby facing you or facing out, but this carrier also lets you carry them on your back or hip—another feature our parent testers appreciated.

5) Ergobaby Metro 3 All-in-One Compact Baby Stroller
This stroller won a Good Housekeeping Parenting Award in recent years, as both GH experts and parents were impressed with its compact, easy-to-fold design. We like that you can use one hand to fold it down; plus, it’s fairly lightweight at under 17 pounds.
6) Gerber Baby 8-Pack Short Sleeve Onesies
If an infant can be said to have a “wardrobe staple,” these plain white onesies are it. They’re 100% cotton, soft and stretchy, and when (not if) they get stained beyond all recognition, you can just grab a new one. That’s easy to do when you get this 8-pack!
7) Graco 4Ever DLX 4-in-1 Car Seat
When it comes to all-in-one car seats, we recommend this one for its portability. Our pros found it to be relatively lightweight, and it’s also certified for air travel. This one starts as a rear-facing car seat for infants and toddlers (up to 40 pounds), then can be used as a forward-facing seat, and eventually a backless booster seat for kids who haven’t hit 4’9” yet. Overall, it has a weight limit of 120 pounds.

8) LEVOIT Air Purifier
The parents who tested this air purifier for our Parenting Awards reported that they loved the quiet nursery setting and the fact that it can be controlled via their phones. Our parenting experts also appreciated its HEPA and carbon filters that clear the air of contaminants and odors. What’s more, it doubles as a nightlight and ambient noise machine. Grab it now and save $100.
9) Eufy Security E20 Baby Monitor
The E20 baby monitor provides video in 2K with 4x zoom, and it runs quietly so it won’t disturb your little one. You’ll also get features like the ability to use it with or without WiFi, 330-degree scanning, split screen monitoring, and night vision. Olivia Lipski, senior reviews writer and analyst, tested the E21 model of this baby monitor (which has many of the same features) and loved using it at home and when traveling.
10) Delta Children Emery 4-in-1 Convertible Baby Crib
The Delta Children convertible crib begins as a crib for your infant, then transforms into a toddler bed with a guardrail or a daybed for extra seating in the nursery. The sides of the crib are the same size as a full-sized bed, so they can be repurposed later as a headboard and footboard.

11) PatPat Fleece Baby Romper
For $12, your baby can look even cuter (as if that’s possible!) when you wrap them in this cozy fleece romper. Eight styles are on sale right now, including this cute bear onesie, plus a unicorn, dinosaur, lion, monster, or giraffe.
12) Dream On Me Twilight 5” Crib & Toddler Mattress
Here’s a crib mattress we like (in fact, we named it our best value pick). The mattress is reversible; One side is firmer for baby’s first year, and the other side is softer for the toddler years. It also has a waterproof cover which helps protect the mattress from the inevitable diaper leaks, but reviews mention that it can make noise as babies move around.
13) Angelcare Baby Bath Support
A baby tub makes bath time easier on everyone, and this on-sale pick recently landed in our Parenting Awards. The seat is angled to support your infant, and the mesh fabric inside dries quickly. (There’s a loop for hanging the bath seat on the wall so it can drip-dry). In our tests, one mom said, “It also has a solid grip on the bottom of the base so I didn’t have to worry about it sliding around in my tub’s basin.”
14) AMACOOL
Clip On Stroller Fan
Here’s a gadget that everyone can enjoy. This stroller fan grips onto almost any part of a stroller, and the 3-speed fan can be pointed in multiple directions for a gentle breeze. It’s rechargeable and the manufacturer claims it can run up to 10 hours.
15) Nanit Smart Baby Night Light and Sound Machine
This customizable night light plays 11 gentle sounds and can also be used as an audio monitor. Best of all, because it connects to an app on your phone, so you can adjust the lights and sounds without ever having to step foot in the nursery or wake the baby. It’s just under 5 inches tall and rechargeable, making it a good travel night light. Our parent testers loved the convenience, with one person saying, “It offered a great variety of soothing sounds that really helped calm my baby.”
16) iHealth Non-Contact Thermometer
Spare your baby the routine of taking their temperature the old-fashioned way. Simply hold this thermometer from an inch away from their forehead and a scanner will give you results in seconds, per the brand. It’s a must-have for when your child feels under the weather, and batteries are included.
17)
Grownsy
EaseClean Bottle Washer Pro
Busy parents, cut yourself some slack and check out this countertop appliance. Put bottles, lids, nipples, and pacifiers inside and they’ll get washed, sterilized, and dried. Per the brand, this takes only 19 minutes, but there’s an even shorter wash cycle if you need it. When we tested it for consideration in our 2025 Parenting Awards, our parent testers called it a big time-saver, with one saying that it dried better than their dishwasher.
18) Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Nighttime Body Balm
Get a big tub of Aveeno baby balm for just $15 while you can. Aveeno says that it’s formulated for babies as young as 2 days old and that the balm is fragrance-free. It’s made with colloidal oatmeal to help soothe itchy, dry patches that sometimes appear on a baby’s sensitive skin.
