Public Notice of Expedited Cannabis Regulations Now in Effect

The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Cannabis Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) hereby provides public notice that, at a duly called meeting held on January 12, 2026, the Commission adopted Expedited Cannabis Regulations pursuant to Section 3.04 of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Cannabis Regulatory Act.

The Expedited Cannabis Regulations are effective immediately upon adoption and are now in effect.

The Expedited Cannabis Regulations are adopted on an interim basis in accordance with Commission resolution and shall remain in effect unless and until replaced by final regulations adopted pursuant to the Act.
