WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — A renewable energy giant is pursuing plans to develop utility-scale solar facilities in Saline and Bridgewater townships in southern Washtenaw County.
Despite resistance from some residents and local officials over the years, Chicago-based Invenergy has a better shot of making it happen now with new state laws in place.
