Southern Californians watched as SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg Space Force Base on Wednesday, April 29, as the sun set over the region.

The space company live streamed the event, which marked the 13th flight for the first stage booster supporting the Starlink mission.
