Gasgoo Munich– On April 21, Lawnics Technology (Nanjing) announced the close of a new funding round worth tens of millions of RMB. Investors included Suzhou Sky Workshop Venture Capital Partnership, Yibin High-tech Frontier Technology Industrial Venture Capital Partnership, and Epu Capital. The company plans to use the proceeds to iterate core products, build out its technical infrastructure, and expand overseas channels.

Lawnics is a young startup and part of the MOVA ecosystem. Corporate registry data shows the company was founded in January 2025 and has since completed two angel rounds. The previous round, closed last July, also raised tens of millions of RMB from ZhuiChuang Ventures.

Lawnics specializes in high-end lithium battery-powered garden tools. It is building a product portfolio centered on underlying systems like batteries, motors, and electronic controls. Current offerings include core categories such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.

The company began shipping products in January of this year. Monthly sales have already surpassed 10 million RMB, and cumulative production has reached the tens of thousands. Its products have entered markets across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.
