David Fishman, principal at The Lantau Group, says that AI and buildout of data centers will be a source of demand for green energy, and that while the bankability of green energy projects has declined, he is looking forward to seeing green energy demand pick up, either through voluntary purchases of green power or policy mandates that mandate it.
