Intelligent energy use for households

The enhanced SMA Home Storage Solution provides reliable solar power for homes, featuring the Sunny Boy Smart Energy hybrid inverter, developed in Germany. It works with the SMA battery to optimize self-consumption and reduce grid reliance. The system is flexible, with storage capacities ranging from 3.2 to 16.4 kWh, and includes a new backup function for secure energy supply. The updated SMA 360° app simplifies installation. SMA also introduces the StromWallet Dynamic Pro tariff, offering PV system operators in Germany greater savings on energy costs.

Efficient solutions for businesses

SMA offers expanded energy management options with the Data Manager M and Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS. A key feature is the ability to charge and discharge battery systems on fixed schedules, benefiting businesses like manufacturing, logistics, and supermarkets. Additionally, the new Sunny Tripower X 60 PV inverter, designed for commercial PV systems, includes a System Manager, five MPP trackers, and up to 60 kW of power, optimizing energy yield for complex roof structures or bifacial modules.

Large-scale power plant solutions for maximum flexibility

SMA will showcase the Sunny Highpower Storage, a robust and scalable battery inverter for large-scale PV plants, offering high system availability even at ambient temperatures up to 50°C. It is flexible, with capacity ranging from 1 to 5 MVA or 5 to 40 MWh+, and can be expanded by connecting up to 14 inverters in parallel based on project needs.

Additionally, SMA will present the Sunny Central Storage UP-S battery inverter, which uses SiC MOSFET technology for over 99% efficiency. The innovative SMA Grid-Forming technology ensures stable supply networks relying solely on renewable energy. Visitors will also experience the award-winning Sunny Central FLEX platform, an interactive 3D model showcasing the integration of PV, battery, and hydrogen technologies in large-scale projects.

Innovations for hydrogen and flexible energy management

SMA subsidiary Altenso will showcase solutions for current rectification in hydrogen production, offering proven container systems with medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, and rectifiers for electrolysis processes, with over 1 GW of installed capacity. SMA will also feature coneva FLEX, a software solution from its subsidiary coneva, designed to help companies reduce energy costs, manage grid stability, and optimize the use of battery storage, charging stations, and flexible loads for new income opportunities.
