HENDERSON, Texas (KLTV) – A new solar power installation debuted at the Henderson Innovation Park on Tuesday.

SmartFlower and the Henderson Economic Development Corporation are hoping the new, 300-acre industrial park will drive economic activity, with the new SmartFlowers leading the way.

There are five SmartFlowers at the Henderson site, with the installation taking about a month. The solar panels will generate renewable energy for the park’s operations.
