SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A South Burlington smoke shop employee is in hot water for allegedly selling cannabis to kids.

It allegedly happened on November 2 at the King Smoke Shop on Williston Road, which is right across the street from Rick Marcotte Central School.

South Burlington Police say Mohamed Abdulla, 27, sold marijuana products to minors.

A search warrant turned up a large quantity of pre-packaged cannabis products, but the shop is not a licensed dispensary.

Abdulla was cited on several charges.
