FOX 11’s Stu Mundel witnessed a SpaceX rocket launch while flying aboard SkyFOX over Southern California. The Falcon 9 lifted off shortly after dawn from Vandenberg Space Force Base, carrying a new batch of Starlink satellites into orbit.
