Tesla, SMCI, Others See Sharp Analyst Revisions
March 24, 2026
Tesla TSLA, Novartis
NVS, Super Micro Computer (SMCI) and KLA (KLAC) are all seeing fresh analyst moves, with sentiment shifting in very different directions across the group.
Tesla was upgraded to Hold, with the call largely tied to its longer-term robotics opportunity. The analyst pointed to investments in Cybercab and Optimus, suggesting the company could start scaling robotaxi operations in the coming quarters, with a $383 price target attached. On the healthcare side, Novartis is getting a more constructive outlook, with expectations that recent acquisitions could drive over $27 billion in annual revenue by 2030 and push total revenue toward $68 billion.
The tone is much more negative elsewhere. Super Micro Computer was downgraded sharply to Sell following allegations tied to smuggling restricted technology, raising serious governance concerns and denting investor confidence. KLA is also facing a more cautious view, with analysts arguing the stock’s recent rally has outpaced its underlying fundamentals, even as margins improve.
