Crayhill Capital Management and Monarch Private Capital have announced a strategic joint venture to invest $300 million in renewable energy projects, focusing on tax credit transfer partnerships. The Monarch JVT Funding initiative aims to streamline hybrid preferred tax equity investments in utility-scale solar, battery storage, and distributed generation projects. This collaboration seeks to optimize tax credit value for renewable energy developers while reducing transfer complexities through a standardized process. By combining Crayhill’s extensive experience in financing large-scale solar and battery projects with Monarch’s tax equity platform, the venture offers a comprehensive solution for renewable energy projects from development to tax credit monetization.
Elsewhere in the market, Fermi was trading firmly up 13% and finishing the session at $10.37. In the meantime, Shandong Sinocera Functional Material lagged, down 10.1% to end the day at CN¥32.59.
