Partner Duke McCall spoke with Bloomberg Law about the Environmental Protection Agency’s move to reconsider dozens of environmental rules and regulations. Duke discussed the administration’s possible motivation for the reconsiderations.

“The intent of the administration is to promote business, promote industry—free from fear of regulatory scrutiny,” he said.

However, Duke noted that there is “tremendous uncertainty” at the moment, as companies don’t know what the administration is going to do or how it’s going to do it.
