Truth Social has registered a new trust entity in Nevada under the name Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, a move that signals the company’s plan to officially file for an exchange-traded fund offering with exposure to both Bitcoin and Ethereum, according to public records filed with the Nevada Secretary of State on June 5.
The ETF’s name suggests a dual-asset focus, with exposure to both Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) — the two largest crypto assets by market capitalization.
While no formal SEC registration or offering prospectus has yet been made public, the Nevada filing could represent the early legal groundwork for launching a spot or futures-based crypto ETF under the Truth Social brand.
On June 3, Truth Social’s Bitcoin ETF entity was registered in Nevada’s public business records. That same day, NYSE Arca, on behalf of Yorkville America Digital, filed a Form 19b-4 with the SEC seeking approval to list and trade shares of the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF.
Yorkville America Digital, which recently entered into a partnership with Trump Media and Crypto.com to launch a series of “America-first” exchange-traded products, submitted a Form S-1 registration statement to the SEC for the Bitcoin fund earlier today.
