Waikiki gets its second medical cannabis dispensary

The Department of Health approved a fourth location for Noa Botanicals at 345 Royal Hawaiian Ave. in Waikiki, according to a news release.
This will be the second DOH-approved medical cannabis dispensary to operate in Waikiki, as Aloha Green Apothecary already operates one at 2113 Kalakaua Ave.
Mānoa Botanicals, LLC plans to sell cannabis at its new Noa Botanicals location on Saturday.
The new medical cannabis location will be Oahu’s 11th dispensary and the state’s 25th dispensary.
As of Feb. 28, 2025, DOH reports 29,820 in-state patients and 2,525 caregivers were registered statewide, including 14,661 patients and 1,440 caregivers on Oahu.
The most often reported condition for registered adult patients is severe pain. For patients under 18, the primary reported conditions are severe pain, seizures and post-traumatic stress disorder.
