Wonder Project Unveils Originals Slate, ‘Edited Versions of Movie Favorites’ for Amazon St

Christian entertainment powerhouse Wonder Project has unveiled its initial slate of projects ahead of the launch of the company’s subscription offering on Amazon Prime Video.
Variety has learned exclusively that Wonder Project will release a range of originals throughout the rest of 2025 as well as offer subscribers what they have dubbed “Edited Versions of Movie Favorites.” The latter means that movies available via the subscription will be available as is or as TV-edited versions as would typically be shown on broadcast or basic cable. The feature is meant to highlight Wonder Project’s commitment to family co-viewing.
Wonder Project’s original programming includes: the music documentary “For King & Country: No Turning Back;” the docuseries “Redemption,” about the 2024 Ohio State football team’s 2024 championship season; and an untitled holiday special hosted by Little Big Town’s Kimberly Schlapman.

Wonder Project has also released a brand trailer, which features a first look at the upcoming series “It’s Not Like That” starring Scott Folery and Erinn Hayes. The full trailer can be seen below.
As previously reported, the Wonder Project subscription will be available via Prime Video starting Oct. 5. That is also the premiere date for Season 2 of the hit series “House of David,” which will be available exclusively to Wonder Project subscribers at first before becoming available to all Prime Video members at a later date.
Along with “House of David,” titles that will be available via the Wonder Project subscription at launch will include shows such as: “Mr. Bean,” “Party of Five,” “Pride and Prejudice,” “Sherlock,” “The Conners,” and “The Mysterious Benedict Society.”
Subscribers will also have access to films such as: “American Underdog,” “Dead Poets Society,” “Friday Night Lights,” “Jesus Revolution,” “Lincoln,” “My Girl,” “Rudy,” “The Sandlot,” “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” and “The Sound of Music.”
