York County town of Parsonsfield will get its first cannabis dispensary

January 14, 2026

Maine’s recreational cannabis industry has seen rapid expansion in recent years, and now Parsonsfield is set to join the industry with the addition of a new adult-use dispensary.

Silver Cannabis Co. will open the York County location on Friday, Jan. 16.

It is located in the historical Stanley Building, at 18 Federal Road, and offers Maine-grown and Maine-made products from a women-owned cultivation facility in Brunswick. Products include flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, beverages, topicals, tinctures and CBD products.

“We’ve always been intentional about where we grow, and earning the opportunity to open one of the first dispensaries in Parsonsfield is incredibly meaningful to us,” said Brendan McKee, co-founder and COO. “This opening represents our continued commitment to Maine, to local hiring, responsible operations, and delivering a customer experience that puts wellness, education, and trust first.”

Founded in 2017, the company already operates dispensaries in Berwick and Portland, as well as in Massachusetts, New York and Vermont.
