A California federal district court denied Amazon.com Services’ motion to dismiss claims under the California Family Rights Act and retaliation claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act brought by a female AAPI Senior Creative Manager with ADHD, stress, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, finding she sufficiently alleged she was terminated while on medical leave and in retaliation for her complaints about discrimination, while dismissing her harassment claims with leave to amend for failure to allege sufficiently severe or pervasive conduct.
