Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) documents show another person was appointed director and secretary of Vandemonian Touring in October last year.
Mr Self was represented in court by Pip Monk, who said she was waiting on more evidence from the prosecution.
She said the defence had received some of the disclosure, including property seizure records, photographs and copies of the search warrants, but that this was “absolutely nowhere near” what was required.
Magistrate Reg Marron adjourned the case until July.
