Mike Flynn and Saarah Woodby joined Pillsbury as partners in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Flynn focuses on private company investments and financings at all stages of development and represents startups and growth-stage companies in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and commercial arrangements. Woodby represents venture funds, crossover funds, asset managers and institutional investors in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic and alternative investment transactions, the firm said.

They join from McDermott Will & Schulte.
