Two cannabis dispensaries — one of which will be city owned — are another step closer to opening in Osseo.  

The Red Hook Police Department announced that a smoke shop in the village was shut down on Wednesday after an illicit cannabis investigation.  

The state Senate budget committee on Thursday advanced a bill that would reorganize and shrink the state's Cannabis Control Commission and update limits on retail licenses.
